Service Description
Sports massage appointments can be booked as a standalone service or may be recommended as part of your management plan. Sport massage is a fantastic treatment option if you are looking to help relieve aches, pain or simply as a way to aid relaxation. It can also be helpful for people experiencing tension, tightness and/or a reduced range of movement.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment fee. If you are a client of a private health insurance company, this will result in the loss of one of your allocated sessions.
