Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment fee. For clients using private health insurance, this will count as one of your allocated sessions.
